If your pet requires an operation, you will need to book in between 8.30 and 10.30 when we will advise you when to call to check upon progress. Please endeavour to be punctual. If you are transporting your pet by car, please bear in mind that traffic can be very heavy in the area, especially in the evening, and that parking nearby is provided on pay and display meters. We would appreciate a telephone call if you are running late so that we can advise you whether the vet will be able to accommodate you or if you are unable to attend the original appointment.

There may be occassions where we will require you to wait beyond your appointed time, for instance if we are required to treat an emergency admission.

We operate the VetProtect Essential Care scheme which provides a discount on basic treatments (worming, flea treatment, vaccinations and a six monthly health check) and enables you to spread payments throughout the year.
